Our FOP Lodge #109 Union Board consist of 11 elected members including: President, Two Vice Presidents, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, and Six Trustees.
Omari J. Bervine has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for 16 years and has served as President of the Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP), and SEPA FOP Lodge #109 since August 2016. During his tenure as a Transit Police Officer, Omari has served as a member of multiple plainclothes enforcement units, including Team One and ACT Unit enforcement teams in five different patrol districts. In his role as FOP Lodge #109 Union President, he has met with countless legislators on the state and local level, aggressively advocating on behalf of the roughly 250 members represented by the FOP Lodge #109.
Troy T. Parham has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for 24 years and has served as Vice-President of the Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP), and SE PA FOP Lodge #109 since 2018. During his tenure as a Transit Police Officer, Troy has been assigned to the Community Affairs Unit, the School Resource Unit, and currently the CCTV Video Invisible Unit. Troy has patrolled all seven SEPTA Police districts, where has earned several awards and citations. In his role as FOTP Union Vice-President, he has met with countless politicians and journalists, with the firm intent on bringing safety and security awareness to the riding public. Troy works diligently to assure fair and safe working co conditions for the 200+ members of the FOTP.
Anthony Michetti has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for 9 years and has served as Vice President of the Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP), and SE PA FOP Lodge #109 since August 2016. During his tenure as a Transit Police Officer, Anthony has served in multiple patrol districts throughout his career and has been apart of a plain clothes enforcement unit known as Team One, a radio room communications specialist and virtual patrol as well as a member of the criminal investigation section as a Police Detective, where he currently serves. Anthony assists in contract negotiations, labor grievances for unfair labor practices, represents members in internal affairs negotiations along with meeting with state and local officials to advocate for our members.
Derrick Gordon has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for 16yrs and has served as Treasurer of the Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP), and SE PA FOP Lodge #109 since December 2017. During his tenure as a Transit Police Officer, Derrick has served as a member of multiple plainclothes enforcement units, including Team One and ACT Unit enforcement teams in five different patrol districts. Derrick also spent 6 years as an K9 patrol and explosives detection handler. Currently, Derrick is assigned to the SEPTA Transit Police Special operations Team (Sort). In his role as FOTP Union Treasurer, he oversees budgetary and financial transactions.
Shana Albright serve as patrol officer for 7 years and fop lodge #109 secretary for 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and hard worker. Throughout her career she worked with PPD Narc unit, police radio dispatch and volunteers community events. As a secretary she handles each member life insurance benefits, attend trainings to provide information back to members and fight hard protects their Weingarten Rights. Ms. Albright care for all her members.
Juan Davila has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for 13 years and has served as the treasurer for a short term and currently the longest serving Trustee of the Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP), and SE PA FOP Lodge #109. As a Transit Police Officer, Davila has served as a member of multiple plainclothes enforcement units, including Team One and ACT Unit enforcement teams. Worked throughout all SEPTA districts.
Calvin Jeffers is a 15 year veteran of the SEPTA Transit Police Dept. He currently holds the position of Trustee on the FOTP Union Board and has been servings its members since 2016. He has also served as a member of ACT Unit Enforcement Teams as well as the Team One Task Force. He previously served three terms as the FOTP’s Recording Secretary.
Septa Transit Police officer for 13yrs. Currently a member of septa’s VIPR counterterrorism unit for 9yrs. I’m also a member of the physical fitness unit for new hires, and a member of the fraternal order of transit police lodge 109. I am a member of the pension board for the union. Current Function Patrol the transit.
William R. Juliana has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for the past 14 years and has been an integral part of the Officer Training program for the past 11yrs as a Field Training Officer (FTO). During his career as a Transit Police Officer within SEPTA he has initiated and has been involved in multiple arrests. Prior to becoming a Transit Police officer, he held a career position in corporate information technology as a Network Systems Administrator for 18yrs. Officer Juliana feels his career change has been very rewarding and enjoys his police involved experiences with assisting the public.
Timothy J Moyer has been a SEPTA Transit Police Officer for over 6 years and has been a Union Representative since Early 2021. Most of Tim’s tenure has been part of the K9 unit with his K9 Partner Topper. His role as Union Representative is to be in contact with all officers and bring up their questions and concerns to supervision and the Union Board as needed.
Ofc David P. Riggs, a former volunteer Firefighter; is an 11 year veteran of the Septa Transit Police Department has been serving as a Trustee for the FOTP for four years. Riggs has worked patrol throughout his career and has been involved in several patrol assignments including the 2017 Presidential Inauguration Detail. Riggs served as an FTO and continues his efforts to serve as an Trustee for its members.
